Professor Juan, currently Full Professor in the Department of Statistics and Operations Research at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) and former Full Professor at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, is consistently featured in the prestigious Stanford list of the world's top 2% most-cited scientists. With an outstanding scientific track record (H-index: Scopus 60, WoS 54, Google Scholar 76) and top positions in the Spanish rankings for Mathematics (#11) and Computer Science (#20), his presence on the steering committee represents invaluable strength in guiding the initiative's scientific and technological strategies.

In line with its innovative vision, Logistic Green Label is managed through a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO). Within this participatory governance model, voting rights and the ability to actively contribute to decisions and the initiative's development are governed by GGL (Governance Green Label) tokens.
