The DAO Logistic Green Label announces the official launch of the experimental phase of the Logistic Green Label Lite protocol, an initiative aimed at verifying the technical consistency, methodological robustness, and practical effectiveness of the model for measuring and offsetting emissions generated by shipping activities.

in logistics
Our mission
We promote the concept of Green Logistics through a “talking label” that transparently communicates the sustainability level of each shipment. The sustainability assessment evaluates the full range of environmental pressures generated by logistics activities, including air pollution, carbon dioxide emissions, and packaging waste disposal.
The checks
The
transport

All forms of pollution
Pressures on the natural environment may concern the creation of fine dust, the release of carbon dioxide, noise pollution, energy consumption

The
fulfillment

Outside and inside the warehouse
We are concerned with verifying all the processes necessary for order fulfillment, including the activities that are carried out in and around the warehouse.

The
packaging

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
At the basis of sustainability we find the following principles: reduction (of consumption of packaging material), reuse, recycling (use packaging made from renewable natural materials).
The
environmental compensations
When the impact fails to be zero
We calculate the environmental cost for compensation actions that can balance the environmental pressures produced, to improve the quality of the air, the sea and the environment around us in general.
We coordinate the execution of these actions, in collaboration with compensation project managers.
A major step forward for the ecological and technological transition in logistics, blending academic excellence, artificial intelligence, and decentralized governance.
Valencia / Sant'Antonio Abate, August 24, 2026 – Logistic Green Label is pleased to announce a prestigious addition to its Steering Committee: Professor Angel A. Juan, an internationally renowned academic and pioneer in the field of operations research and applied artificial intelligence.
Logistic Green Label Lite is the official prototype of the environmental certification system for the logistics sector, proposed by Logivery srl and approved by the DAO Logistic Green Label with 100% of votes in favour. This project aims to accompany the world of logistics towards a more transparent, responsible and low environmental impact future.
